Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:‬

‭Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

STANDARD SHIPPING

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 4-5 business days (up to 20 business days) after the order has been processed. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and other factors.

‭When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking‬‭ information.‬

‭For calculated shipping rates:‬‭ Shipping charges for‬‭ your order will be calculated and‬‭ displayed at checkout.‬

‭Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once‬‭ a shipment reaches your destination country. VitaAurea is not responsible for these‬ charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.‬

‭REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬‭ packaging, we will refund the full order amount.

‭If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the packaging it arrived in. This will help us assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
